Walter de Oude is the founder and CEO of Chocolate Finance. A qualified actuary with more than 25 years in finance, he founded Singlife in 2014 – Singapore's first new life insurer in almost 50 years – and grew it to a S$3.2 billion valuation by 2020 before its combination with Aviva Singapore. Walter has been named EY Entrepreneur of the Year and Outstanding CEO of the Year.
