As CSO, Venya is driven by creating actionable insights that drive value for businesses. Working across some of Spark's biggest clients including Asda, Curry's and Brown Forman, she is one of those rare people who gets just as excited about data and spreadsheets as she does brainstorming big media moments that make brands culturally famous.  

Over the years, she's worked on some pretty cool campaigns and comms strategies for brands like O2, Guinness, Estée Lauder, and Baileys, with her work winning four IPA Effectiveness Awards, taking on the role of judge at the awards in 2024. Campaign called her a "Face to Watch" in 2019, one of her proudest accolades to date.  

Venya genuinely cares about how brands can be a positive force in society and is passionate about making the advertising industry more inclusive. A true media geek, who loves helping brands drive growth by connecting with real people in meaningful ways—and have some fun doing it!
