Tricia Weener is a visionary leader, with over 30 years’ experience in global organizations, alongside fast growth start-up and scale-up businesses.  She is currently Chief Marketing & Business Development Officer at global law firm, Linklaters. Prior to this she was fractional Chief Marketing & Comms Officer (CMCO) at Globacap, a leading end-to-end private markets platform, Chief Marketing & Comms Officer (CMO), EVP at KONE, a global leader in the elevator & escalator industry and before this Global CMO, Managing Director, Business Marketing at HSBC, the world’s leading international bank. Tricia is also an Advisory Board Member at Ecorth, an innovative climate risk assessment platform.
She is a Fellow of The Marketing Academy, The Marketing Society, and the Chartered Institute of Marketing, recently completing the Imperial College London, Sustainability Leadership programme with distinction. 

Her career includes her founding and running her own successful creative services agency, as well as working in senior leadership roles in B2B and B2C marketing in sectors including: financial services, the legal sector, industrial, retail, luxury goods, drinks, FMCG, travel, sport, working in and across Asia, EMEA and the America’s. 
Tricia is an inclusive leader and customer advocate, dedicated to growing capability and talent, building brands and driving sustainable business growth. She thrives in fast-paced environments, builds inclusive workplaces and takes a strong stance on sustainability in both her personal and work life.

She currently lives in London, having spent the previous 11 years in Dubai, the Nordics and Hong Kong. Prior to this she was based in the UK and worked across Europe and the US. She is highly curious, gets energy from experiencing new cultures and learning new things. Tricia loves to travel, works out regularly, enjoys film and the theatre, as well as spending time with her family, friends and two dogs. She’s also a self-confessed foodie!
