Tom cut his teeth with British chassis manufacturer Reynard, focusing increasingly on the firm’s successful IndyCar programme in the late 1990s. He spent 10 years at Williams Racing, as both a data and track engineer, before moving to Sauber for 2013. Joining Team Silverstone in 2014, he has become the key figure at Aston Martin Aramco Formula One® Team integrating the performance groups at the AMR Technology Campus and the trackside engineering team to deliver and maximise car performance.
