What's the best piece of creativity you've seen this year and why?
Durex Fundawear: it makes my talks on wearable tech so much livelier. I also highly rated the Dove ‘Sketch Artist’ campaign from Ogilvy Sao Paulo. It injected fresh momentum into a long-running global campaign and proves that brands can set a purpose-driven, social agenda.

What do the great creative thinkers have in common?
Dyslexia.

What does the sweet spot between creativity and commerce look like?
The Nike Fuelband.

What's the best piece of advice you've ever been given?
Hire people who are even better than you are.
