There's no real secret, just a lot of hard work and a lot of travel. You have to visit and see things with your own eyes. No presentation can fully convey an opportunity unless you personally experience it.

Clearly, moving to The Walt Disney Company! I remember walking into the studio lot in LA and looking up and pinching myself.

Integrity, personality, ability to communicate, delegate, trust and listen.

Be true to yourself and respect others.
Are business leaders born or made?
I think it’s a little bit of both.
What’s your single biggest motivation?
To expand Disney’s presence around the world – and to be successful in what we're doing and to have fun doing it.
