What does bold marketing leadership look like?
Facts, flair and dressed in McQueen.
What is the biggest challenge facing the marketing industry over the next year?
Accountability.
What one thing would improve your life?
A caffeine allergy.
How do you achieve a work-life balance?
I work through it…
What would you say to your 17-year-old self?
Never stop listening. Or learning.
Who or what has inspired you most profoundly in your career?
All the people who have ever said to me ‘it can’t be done’.
What's the hardest thing you've ever done and what did you learn from it?
Launching a big new bank and relaunching an even bigger one in the same month. I learned that brilliant teams can do brilliant things no matter how extreme the challenges.

British Ambassador to the US.

Tell us a secret.
