What is the worst advice you've ever received?
“Just wing it!” Fail to plan = plan to fail.

Set challenging and exciting goals. Keep raising the bar.

Facebook.
Who is your biggest influence?
My husband.
Which experience taught you the most?
Running 55 miles from Glasgow to Edinburgh. It’s amazing what you can do if you set your mind to it (and if you have enough jelly babies).
