What’s your golden rule?
You are only as good as the people around you.

Who has been your biggest influence?
I’ve been lucky enough to meet and work with some very talented and successful people who have directly impacted my thoughts and actions in different areas of life. For me however the biggest influence is not so much who but what. The rapid pace of industrial change has undoubtedly been my biggest influence as it brings huge opportunity to create and deliver something new every day.

What is your most hated business expression?
“Let’s take it offline” - Enough said.

How can marketers be braver?
I think there’s a lot of fear around failure within marketing or in fact any facet of business. Fail fast and learn from it. Who knows it may even lead to your most innovative idea, or at the very least it will arm you with more experience to do a better job in the future.

What’s the biggest risk you’ve taken in your career?
Starting a business from scratch. It’s been the biggest risk but undoubtedly the most rewarding. It also offered me the opportunity to experience the full rainbow of emotions most days of the week!

Which leader do you admire most and why?
Warren Buffet - what’s not to admire? Entrepreneur, investor, philanthropist and mentor to many.

What’s your favourite word?

Tell us a secret?
No thank you.
