The whole team at Jellyfish. My perspective and behaviour is influenced by someone new each and every day.

Reach out. It’s universally known unless you’re a member of The Four Tops, you shouldn’t be using this expression.
What's the smartest business idea you've had?
Building our own brand from scratch online, allowing us to demonstrate our capabilities and breadth of services. Online cookery hub harighotra has become a great showcase for Jellyfish and is gaining phenomenal traction as a business in its own right. As we own the brand we can be fully transparent and communicate the tangible impact we are having on a day-to-day basis.
Which leader do you admire most and why?
Martin Sorrell. In the agency world his achievements speak for themselves!
What’s your favourite word?
F**k. It’s both impactful and versatile.

Shhh, don’t tell anyone else, I’m a fan of West End musicals and have seen Les Misérables six times. But, for the record, I also like fast cars and cage fighting…
