Steve began his career in market research and followed up quickly with planning roles at AKQA and Saatchi & Saatchi before joining PHD where he built the award winning Discovery Team, fusing customer insight, data, and analytics with connections planning to deliver innovative media services, before going on to set up Hearts & Science in the UK, where he developed the agency's product and positioning.

More recently Steve led Innovation globally for Daimler. He has worked with clients across sectors as diverse as FMCG and financial services, automotive and entertainment, and across both creative and media accounts, on both a domestic and international basis. He joined VCCP Media as Joint Chief Strategy Officer in March 2020 bringing a passion for data and digital integration, and new approaches to measurement and analytics.
