Steve is the Chief Marketing Officer and Executive Board member of Nomad Foods, the leading branded Frozen Foods business in Europe, operating across 22 markets and serving over 100m consumers, with brands including Birds Eye, Goodfella’s, Aunt Bessies, Iglo and Findus. He has undertaken several global and local leadership roles in Marketing and General Management across his 25+ tenure in the business, starting his career at Unilever. Steve was previously General Manager of the UK & Ireland Birds Eye business and before that Marketing Director, where he led the team that turned around the Birds Eye brand delivering three years of growth and winning the coveted Grocer Gold award in 2019 for best FMCG brand.
Steve is a passionate advocate of frozen food and its role in providing nutritious and sustainable diets. He is a Fellow of both The Marketing Society and the Marketing Academy and is married with three Fish Finger and Garden Pea loving children.
