As Executive Director of Strategy at Landor, Sophie is responsible for the strategy team, strategic thinking and thought leadership in London. She specialises in purpose, brand positioning, culture transformation and stakeholder engagement, and works collaboratively with both the analytic and creative talent at Landor. She is a great believer in bringing rigorous insight to everything we do, but with the informed imagination and creative thinking that creates not just good brand thinking, but exceptional results for clients.
Currently Sophie is championing the Sustainability agenda at Landor & Fitch, as well as a side-interest in the intersection between technology, gender and humanity.

Sophie has over 20 years of experience across marketing and branding in both client side roles, start-ups and as a management consultant. Since joining Landor in 2014, Sophie has advised corporate clients including Aviva, Experian, Accenture, Adecco, GE, Barclays and BP.
