Simon joined the brandgym in 2019, with over 30 years’ experience in branding, working on client side (Scottish & Newcastle Breweries, SSE), agency side (Lewis Moberly, Holmes & Marchant, Parker Williams) and in consulting (Added Value).

As the brandgym’s Head of Visual Identity & Naming, Simon offers his clients a balance of strategic rigour and creative verve. He specialises in innovation and name generation, and helping brands and creative agencies get the best out of each other.

Simon’s experience includes work for Walmart, Nestle, SSE, Hain Daniels, Sainsbury’s, Unilever and PepsiCo, as well as entrepreneurs and start-ups.

An alumni of Cambridge University and a Fellow of the Royal Geographical Society, Simon is also a strong copy-writer and occasional cartoonist.
