Serene Haddad is the VP of Innovation and AI at Nestlé MENA, with over 20 years of experience in marketing, brand building, and business transformation across iconic global brands at Nestlé and Procter & Gamble in Europe and the Middle East. Earlier in her career, she held senior marketing and Marketing Director roles, leading end-to-end brand strategies and integrated marketing programmes across consumer, digital, retail, and shopper marketing.
Deeply rooted in the marketing craft, Serene has led the development of brand platforms, communications, and holistic marketing campaigns designed to drive consistent business growth, sustained market share impact, and measurable business results, while strengthening long-term brand equity. Known for being highly results-oriented, she engrains data-driven marketing into decision-making, while leading with the fun, flair, and creativity required to truly reach and engage consumers.
She thrives on being an early adopter of emerging technologies and evolving media trends, using them to drive learning, and enhance the relevance and effectiveness of the marketing work. Also  known for her passion, and energising teams, she’s a big advocate of building capabilities, and coaching diverse, cross-functional teams to perform.
On a personal level, Serene has held a strong passion for health and wellness for several years, and enjoys staying active through sport and exercise, spending time outdoors, and quality time with family and friends.
