Sebastian Küpers is Chief Transformation Officer at Plan.Net Group. In this role, he is responsible for digital transformation projects such as the introduction of artificial intelligence, spatial computing, blockchain technology, new operating systems and data-driven marketing for the Group and for clients. Under his leadership, Serviceplan Group, Plan.Net’s parent company, became the first agency group to integrate ‘Agentic Services’ into its portfolio, providing its clients with access to a new range of services in research, content, insights, and design. As part of these efforts, he led the development of Masumi, a blockchain-based protocol co-created with NMKR, enabling transparent decisions and scalable interactions for AI Agent systems, setting a new benchmark for decentralized innovation. Sebastian Küpers is also Managing Director of Plan.Net Studios, a creative unit that develops spatial experiences and other client solutions for the next generation of the internet.
