Rose is an Executive Search Consultant, an Executive Coach and Assessor with Stanton Chase and has worked with a substantial portfolio of multinational and local organizations across different
sectors.

Over the past 12 years in the Leadership space, Rose has worked with a variety of Senior Leaders, including CEOs, C-Suite Executives and chair people across multiple industries and geographies and has been a witness of their Leadership development , transformation and growth. Rose has joined Stanton Chase in 2021 to be at the helmof the Executive Career Transition program and has overlooked the Executive Coaching practice and Assessments shortly after

Rose is also a corporate trainer, a keynote speaker and an author. She has spent close to two in
Media and Advertising where she was working with leaders in that industry. She has started her career in Dubai as the MEA head of Insights and Research at WPP back in 2022. Rose holds Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Computer Sciences, with Honors, from the Lebanese
American University.

She is a certified professional Co-Active coach since 2013, and a Hogan Certified Assessor since 2019. She has completed her leadership studies with SDA Bocconi in 2024
Rose is Lebanese and speaks professionally English, Arabic and French. She is a Dubai resident since2021. Rose is an athlete and a windsurfer and believes that the synch between body and mind is key to having a fulfilled life and achieving goals.
