Rachel Swift

Chief Customer Officer, Tesco Mobile

Rachel joined Tesco Mobile as Chief Customer Officer in May 2020 where she is responsible for brand, marketing, sustainability and social impact, and customer propositions.

Prior to joining Tesco Mobile, Rachel has held a number of senior marketing roles for big British brands O2, John Lewis and Marks & Spencer, creating some of the most well-known and loved marketing campaigns in the UK, as well as starting her career in advertising agencies.

Rachel lives in SW London with her husband, two teenagers and Monty the miniature dachshund.
