Siew Ting is a transformational growth leader who builds businesses and brands with soul. As a former global CMO, she has spent most of her 25-year career focused on this mission by infusing human-centric growth strategies into brands including Unilever, Mars Inc. Diageo, Fonterra, and most recently, HP Inc. 

Siew Ting has received recognition as a transformational business leader across the region who helped build business and brands with soul.  She was named consecutively 6 times as Asia’s most purposeful and influential CMO by Campaign Asia and named Asia/China top women leader. She remains committed to inspiring change, nurturing potential, and fostering a culture of creativity and innovation in her work and communities. 

As a female leader who has worked in global business and marketing roles, Siew Ting recently authored her first book:  Building Brands with Soul – A CMO’s journey to humanizing growth and creating lasting impact, whereby she shares her experiences in the book - from creating value for shareholders, humanizing growth strategies for global brands or leading groundbreaking initiatives that set industry benchmarks. Her goal of this book is to inspire the next generation of marketing and business leaders.

Siew Ting is currently providing advisory and consulting services to companies and brands on marketing and leadership transformation. She is also an avid Start- up investor/advisor. She was also one of the top 10 female leaders in Singapore who just completed the prestigious Board Agender Women Board Directorship program in Jan 2025.
