His expertise spans financial planning and analysis (FP&A), mergers and acquisitions (M&A), business development, and stakeholder engagement.

As the Chief Financial Officer for Mastercard Asia Pacific, Sohil spearheaded regional growth through strategic planning, flawless execution, and fostering an inclusive culture. With prior roles including SVP Market Development in Canada and senior financial leadership at American Express, he has led teams across geographies and collaborated with marketing functions to achieve ambitious corporate objectives, such as expanding market share, driving profitable partnerships, and pioneering new business verticals.

Sohil holds an MBA in Innovation and High-Tech Management from Northeastern University, and is a Chartered Accountant. He has served as Treasurer and Board Member of Mastercard’s Political Action Committee and is actively involved in global CFO councils.
