The LIONS CMO Accelerator, the leadership programme from LIONS that has built a global community of more than 550 senior marketers across 54 countries, is coming to Asia Pacific for the first time. The Singapore edition takes place on 15 and 16 October 2026 and brings together a small cohort of CMOs, senior marketers, founders and business leaders for two days of learning built around the real challenges of leading marketing today.
The programme is practitioner-led, which means the sessions are shaped by people who have sat in the CMO seat and dealt with the same pressures around growth, effectiveness and leadership that attendees face. Alongside the sessions and CMO panels, there is a curated networking dinner and plenty of time for peer-to-peer discussion, so the value comes as much from the room as from the stage.
The speaker line-up brings together global and regional leaders, including Siew Ting Foo, former HP Asia Pacific CMO and Programme Director; Fernando Machado, Chief Brand Officer at Chipotle; Brent Smart, former CMO of Telstra; Lex Bradshaw-Zanger, Chief Business Capabilities & Innovation Officer, SAPMENA at L'Oréal; Rebecca Ang Lee, Chief Marketing Officer at MSIG Asia; Deepak Chandran, Head of Marketing Effectiveness Practice at Google APAC; and Dr Marcus Collins, Professor and Author at the University of Michigan.

The learning continues beyond the two days, with a virtual follow-up session three months later, membership of the LIONS CMO Accelerator alumni community and ongoing access to CMOA Always On content and resources.
