Natalie Turner is the inventor of The Six ‘I’s® of Innovation, a globally recognised methodology and leadership development profiling tool that assists organisations in fostering a culture of innovation and enhancing collaboration among teams to drive impact from new ideas. With a unique blend of corporate and entrepreneurial experience, Natalie was Head of Strategic Marketing at British Telecom and has worked as Interim Marketing Director for multiple startups. These experiences have given her deep insight into large-scale business transformation and agile, fast-growth environments. As Founder & CEO of The Entheo Network, she has collaborated with leading companies such as Cisco Systems, Singapore Airlines, Danone, and GSK, helping leaders build innovative teams and cultures that deliver results. An award-winning author, her book Yes, You Can Innovate has been translated into multiple languages and was Business Book of the Month in Singapore and the UK. She is also the Founder of Women Who Lead, a community for female leaders based in Lisbon. A sought-after speaker, Natalie has addressed global conferences and academic institutions such as Singapore Management University, Harvard HPAIR, and TEDx. Originally from the UK, she spent 12 years in Asia and is now based in Lisbon.
