Marketing Manager, Seafish

My current role is Marketing Manager for NDPB (non-departmental public body) Seafish. My primary responsibilities are to; effectively manage a team of marketeers and lead the consumer brand marketing activities. This includes ongoing strategic development and maintenance of the new consumer brand – Love Seafood as well as the market segmentation activities, with the primary objective of changing perceptions and attitudes towards seafood consumption.
I have a strong marketing background with experience across varying sectors including banking, food & drink, and retail. I have worked both agency and client side covering a number of different roles such as planning, delivery, account and stakeholder management roles. As a marketing professional I have experience across the marketing process including planning, asset creation, optimisation and analysis across a multitude of channels including: display, social, content, email, SEO, PPC, and web.
I have a passion for brand and a keen interest in consumer behavioural trends and insights. Understanding the WHY, HOW, WHAT and WHETHER is what gets me out of bed in the morning.
