Najla Aleisa is the Chief Marketing Officer at Gulf Bank, where she has led a transformation in the bank’s brand positioning, digital strategy, and corporate communications. With over two decades of experience, Najla has spearheaded award-winning campaigns, driven product innovation, and successfully built marketing teams focused on creativity, performance, and purpose. 

Prior to her role at Gulf Bank, she held senior leadership positions at Zain and has been recognized for her contributions to CSR, youth empowerment, and the financial literacy movement in Kuwait. Najla holds a degree in Journalism & Mass Communications from The American University in Cairo, with a specialization in Integrated Marketing Communications and a minor in Psychology.
