In her 25 years in the industry, Melissa has worked at a host of agencies, including as MD at MCBD, and launching her own agency, Now Advertising. She also worked with Lauren Laverne on the online magazine The Pool. She has worked across almost all sectors from FMCG and retail, to finance, automotive, travel, and energy.

She has worked on big campaigns, small campaigns, created brands from scratch and consulting on some of the UK's biggest businesses as well as running training and leadership workshops.
