An entrepreneur and former army officer, Mark has over 30 years’ experience helping brands to inspire and engage the next generation. Before founding We Are Futures, Mark spent eight years at World Challenge, assisting young people to gain confidence by leading their own expeditions and charity projects around the world.

In 2023, Mark was named one of the Top 100 Influential People UK, and Leader of the Year at the Purpose Awards EMEA.

A regular writer for MediaCat, New Digital Age and The Drum, Mark is a trustee of the British Exploring Society helping teens from lower-income households to lead expeditions.
