With a career that spans over 38, she positively impacts others to achieve their personal and professional greatness.  Known for her incredible energy, she coaches, consults, trains and speaks working with well-known companies such as Google, Meta, Sopra Steria, WPP, Saatchi & Saatchi, Google, Sky, ITV, Octopus Germany and Natixis Asset Management to name a few.

Madeline is on a mission to change the dial for gender equality through supporting women to step into their magnificence and this year successfully launched The Brilliance Summit to bring together and support women in leadership. She also sits on the board of NoMore.org and organisation dedicated to ending domestic abuse and sexual assault. She’s been married for 29 years and with her husband for 36 years, has two daughters and loves to dance, laugh and travel.
