With over two decades of experience in the Experiential Marketing and Broadcasting industry, Lucille is a charismatic, passionate and engaging leader who drives the creative process from conception to execution. Lucille is skilled at working with teams of people across cultures and geographies, bringing out the best in individuals and delivering results that make a difference and move audiences. Flexible, intuitive and experienced. And a vocal and active advocate for supporting women in the creative industry.

She has proven success with myriad projects that span the Greater China region where she works to achieve an in-depth insight into clients’ objectives which informs her creative decisions. Passionate about the power of experience to create an emotional connection between brands and their audience, she takes a heart-first approach and understands the complex cultural nuances of the region and how that affects communication on all levels.

Lucille has extensive experience as both a Creative Director and a Show Director and has successfully delivered jobs across Asia. Early on in her career she worked on the production for the launch of AngloGold, South Africa's biggest gold producing company, on the Johannesburg, London and New York stock exchanges as well as working with the Jack Morton team that delivered the opening and closing Ceremonies of the Olympic Games in Athens 2004. Lucille has worked with many clients including adidas, Google, BMW, Porsche, Cartier, TMall, Proctor and Gamble, UBS, HSBC, Samsung, IBM, and Sands China to mention a few. She recently spoke at Spikes Asia and was a jury at the Spikes Asia awards. She is also a member of Jack Morton’s Global Creative Council.
