Kelly brings over 22 years of FMCG experience from across the three multi-national food and snacking companies including Kerry Group PLC, Mondelez International PLC, and The Kellogg Company PLC.

Kelly is Irish national, educated in Ireland with a Master’s degree in Business and has pursued an international career across developed and developing economics. She has worked and lived worked across the world including UK, USA, Europe, Eastern Europe, Middle East & Africa.  She brings a wealth strategic marketing and brand building experience as well as a breadth of end-to-end business and people leadership operating across multiple food and snacking categories on iconic global & local brands in Dairy & Cheese Snacking - Kerry, Cheestrings; Chocolate – Milka, Toblerone, Alpen Gold; Confectionary - Trident, Halls, Clorets, Sour Patch Kids;  Powered Beverages - Tang, Breakfast Cereal & Portable Wholesome Snacks Frosted Flakes, Special K, Rice Krispies, Poptarts  and Salty Snacks - Pringles, Cheez-It. She has held several senior category portfolio leadership roles with Mondelez Europe based in Zurich, Switzerland, Mondelez Eastern Europe, Middle East & Africa based in Dubai, UAE and  The Kellogg Company Globally and Europe, based in Dublin, Ireland.  

Prior to joining RR, she was Vice President & General Manager of European Salty Snacks- Pringles, responsible for a P&L of +$1B NSV, leading the end-to-end team to double digit top and bottom-line growth during one of the most turbulent periods in Europe whilst preparing 2030 portfolio strategy and securing capital investment to make it happen. Prior to that she was Vice President for Global Marketing Transformation and Excellence, Global Portfolio Strategy and Global Licensing for Kellogg.
