Karl Weaver has built businesses in the marketing sector and has a successful track record as a transformational leader and advisor to boards.

He joined MediaLink in 2022 as Senior Vice President, Advisory, focusing on marketing transformation for the firm’s global brand clients in Europe. Karl has worked at WPP, Dentsu and Publicis. He helped establish the leading marketing effectiveness consultancy, Data2Decisions, which was sold to Dentsu in 2012. Since then he has held several senior roles including Chief Growth Officer for Dentsu, Chair of Vizeum and CEO of Isobar UK leading a team of 500+ digital transformation experts combining technology and customer experience.

More recently he was CEO of Publicis UK’s data operations, including establishing products that bridged data and creative, and integrating the Epsilon business. Karl has co-authored several award papers including an IPA Effectiveness Grand Prix. He has been an IPA industry and technical judge and an advisor for Cannes Effectiveness Lions.
