Karen Ehrlich is an accomplished brand builder and Vice President and General Manager with a proven record in delivering growth and brand relevance across multiple premium and luxury skincare and makeup houses and building brands across global markets.
Karen leads a dynamic portfolio of premium and luxury brands at The Estee Lauder Companies UK & Ireland; Clinique, Lab Series, Dr. Jart+, Origins, and La Mer. Together, they span the spectrum of derma, active, and luxury skincare and makeup.
With extensive multi-category experience across UK & Ireland, Brazil, LATAM, and EMEA, Karen is a consumer-centric brand leader known for translating insight-driven strategy into sustainable growth. Her expertise lies in building long-term brand equity, strengthening global relevance, and leading high-performing, diverse teams.
Karen began her career at Johnson & Johnson in São Paulo within the Consumer Packaged Goods sector, working across baby care and suncare. They later joined Pernod Ricard, contributing to the growth and global expansion of some of the world’s most desired luxury brands in Latin America and EMEA.
Since joining The Estée Lauder Companies in 2019, Karen has driven growth across premium and luxury skincare and makeup brands, launched new brands, and strengthened brand relevance through strategic leadership and consumer-focused innovation. In 2025, Karen announced Clinique’s partnership with England women’s rugby team – the Red Roses – following the launch of the #GameFace movement in 2022, a powerful example of how the beauty industry can make its presence felt in women’s sports — not to sell perfection, but to support participation, progress, and pride.
