Julie Bramham is an accomplished Managing Director, Global Marketing leader and Board Member with a proven record in delivering transformational growth strategies and building brands across global markets.

Julie currently leads the strategic growth of Diageo’s Luxury Group, overseeing the global creative and innovation development of luxury spirits, as well as ultra-high net worth private client sales (Justerini & Brooks), luxury commercial teams, cultural partnerships and Diageo Brand Homes in Scotland.

Julie’s career at Diageo spans over 25 years. Highlights include her role as Global Brand Director for Johnnie Walker where she launched the latest chapter of the iconic Johnnie Walker Keep Walking campaign and led the brand as it launched the Johnnie Walker Princes Street global visitor attraction in Edinburgh – part of Diageo’s £185m investment in Scotch whisky tourism.

Julie also held the role of Chief Marketing Officer in India where she led the growth of Diageo’s Scotch portfolio and building the reputation of the wider industry in one of the most important markets for the business. In February 2026, Julie was appointed a Non-Executive Director on the board of United Spirits Limited (listed NSE and BSE) to work closely with the Exec team in this attractive growth market, a key engine for premiumisation.
