Joel is the Managing Director at Fortune Hill, a leading Leadership Recruitment firm. He founded the business in July 2008, following 3 years with HomeServe plc as Group Recruitment Director. Previously Joel worked as Director of Executive Recruitment for the Caudwell Group of Companies.
Joel passionately believes that the right marketing leader will supercharge an organisation’s culture and performance. He has partnered with Boards to appoint leaders in Marketing, and with CMOs to build world-class teams, for an array of international consumer facing brands.
Outside of work Joel is a proud Father, sports enthusiast, food fanatic and loves a good charitable cause.
