 Joe is the founder of humari,  which exists to create the human edge in the age of AI. He works with clients to build the human capabilities that turn AI investment into real advantage — the mindsets, behaviours and skills people need to lead and deliver in today’s fast-moving world.

Joe is a regular guest speaker at London Business School's MBA programme and a recognised voice on leadership, culture and the human side of AI — quoted in the Financial Times, Daily Telegraph and Personnel Today and invited to serve as a Behavioural Science advisor and panel member for the World Economic Forum's Responsible Leadership programme. As a Managing Director at Accenture, he led their Workforce Reinvention and Leadership & Culture practices, prior to which he looked after the Growth Cultures practice at the award-winning agency ?What If! Innovation.
