Jeff De Korte is a senior marketing executive known for helping brands evolve at moments of inflection. He served as Chief Marketing Officer at Equinox and held leadership roles at Caesars Entertainment, Royal Caribbean, and AOL. Throughout his career, he has led organisations through brand reinvention, digital transformation, and customer experience innovation, scaling direct revenue, launching new platforms, and building high-performing teams across lifestyle, travel, wellness, and entertainment sectors.

An early digital pioneer, Jeff helped build the travel industry's first online booking tools, self-service technology, and digital marketing platforms. He went on to lead global e-commerce and brand strategy initiatives, blending data, storytelling, and technology to drive growth and loyalty.

A committed advocate for inclusion, Jeff serves on the Leadership Council for Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS and helped shape employee resource groups at Caesars and Royal Caribbean. He currently serves on the Boards of the International Advertising Association (North America) and The Marketing Society.

Jeff holds an MBA from NYU's Leonard N. Stern School of Business, a bachelor's in international business from Lehigh University, and studied at Erasmus University in Rotterdam. He began his career as a press secretary and campaign manager in the U.S. House of Representatives.
