James House is Chief Executive Officer of Reward, part of the Rezolve Ai group (NASDAQ: RZLV). With more than 25 years’ experience across marketing technology, loyalty and data analytics, he has built and scaled businesses across start-ups and global corporates. Prior to his appointment as CEO, James served as Chief Commercial Officer at Reward, leading the company’s growth agenda across customer engagement and commerce media.

James has held C-Suite roles at Mastercard, BNP Paribas and Trūata, overseeing client relationships, business development, partnerships and go-to-market strategy across Financial Services and Retail. Earlier in his career, he founded customer analytics business 5one and scaled it into a global company acquired by BNP Paribas and later Mastercard.
