Jack Constantine, Mark and Mo Constantine’s youngest son, joined Lush in 2002 working in product invention. Alongside Mo, he reinvented the original bath bomb with a new double layered version, enabling different effects to happen in the water all at once. He also co-created a brand new Lush invention in 2012 called FUN, a multi-purpose product that has revolutionised bath time.
Throughout his time at Lush, Jack has been at the forefront of digital marketing and in 2013 he founded Lush Digital. A cloud based, mobile first global technology infrastructure that supports the global business. Jack has pioneered Lush’s open-source approach and is devoted to the promotion of ethical hardware and service platforms powered by renewable energy. He also radically reinvented
Lush’s digital publishing strategy, launching a series of multimedia, social platforms to tell brand stories, host topical issues, and give grassroots activists access to new audiences. An advocate for digital rights, Jack launched Lush’s first Digital Fund in 2016 which has invested £260K into activism in the field and headed a collaborative campaign with Access Now to fight global internet shutdowns. Jack describes his vision for Lush’s global strategy as that of “staying true to the internet’s open-source routes” and keeps the personal motto “disrupt the disruptors” at the core of everything he does.
