Trust and credibility compound over time.
Who has been your biggest influence?
My biggest influence has been leaders I’ve worked closely with rather than public figures. Observing how strong leaders think commercially, manage stakeholders, and make decisions under pressure taught me that impact comes from clarity, consistency, and integrity - not hierarchy.
What is your most hated business expression?

What’s the smartest business idea you’ve ever had?
Pivoting my career from finance into marketing. It forced me to relearn, take risks, and build credibility from scratch - but it also gave me a rare blend of commercial rigour and creative thinking that now shapes how I approach marketing strategy.
Which leader do you admire most and why?
Leaders who quietly build influence without seeking the spotlight - empower teams, make tough calls with empathy, and focus on long-term value rather than short-term wins.
What is on your mind the most right now as a marketing leader?
How to balance growth ambitions with authenticity - ensuring marketing remains commercially effective while staying honest, responsible, and human in an increasingly AI-driven environment.
