What’s your golden rule?

Fail fast, learn faster - Mistakes are valuable only if you extract the lesson quickly

Who has been your biggest influence?

I deeply admire my best friend, a business owner who has built her company in the region from the ground up. As a woman entrepreneur, her resilience, vision, and passion for what she does continually inspire me, both personally and professionally.

What is your most hated business expression?

Think outside the box. Cliche at this point as constraints often sharpens focus by grounding people in realistic solutions that use the resources, time, and tools actually available

What’s the smartest business idea you’ve ever had?

Leveraged big query teams to resolve everyday mundane tasks that could be easily automated - saved us hours of manual work.

Which leader do you admire most and why?

Leena Nair, CEO of Chanel - she leads with both vision and empathy, not mutually exclusive She demonstrates that you can lead with purpose, compassion, and yet deliver business results.

What is on your mind the most right now as a marketing leader?

What’s on my mind  right now is how to balance authenticity with innovation using new tools like AI to connect meaningfully with people, while staying true to a platforms values 

Why is being part of The Marketing Society important for your career?

Being a member of The Marketing Society is important for my career as it connects me with a trusted network of senior leaders, sharpens my strategic thinking, and provides a platform to learn, share and grow.

Why does marketing matter to you?

Marketing matters to me because it’s more than communication, it’s a force that can influence culture, spark conversations, and drive positive change. Additionally at its core, marketing is about understanding people, their needs, hopes, and challenges and creating stories that resonate with them.

Tell us something that’s not on your CV

I’m a huge music lover and used to write my own songs. It was my first way of experimenting with creativity and connecting with people.
