What’s your golden rule?
Listen first, act second.
Who has been your biggest influence?
My mentor, a former CEO who championed "purpose over profit." She taught me that brands thrive when they solve real problems—like Always’ #LikeAGirl campaign, which redefined societal norms while driving growth.
What is your most hated business expression?
"That’s how we’ve always done it." Complacency stifles creativity. Marketing thrives on evolution, and clinging to legacy processes risks irrelevance.
What’s the smartest business idea you’ve ever had?
Launching.
Which leader do you admire most and why?
I greatly admire A.G Lafley (former CEO for P&G). His leadership transformed P&G by putting consumers at the heat of every decision and driving innovation across the org.
What is on your mind the most right now as a marketing leader?
Navigating the balance between data-driven decision making and maintaining authentic consumer-centric storytelling is crucial.
Why is being part of The Marketing Society important for your career?
It’s a catalyst for collision—between ideas, leaders, and disciplines. Being part of the Society would encourage me to learn and challenge the norms by broadening my horizons.
Why does marketing matter to you?
Marketing is the bridge between empathy and action. It’s not just selling products—it’s shaping narratives that drive behavior change.
