What’s your golden rule?

Treat others the way you want to be treated.

 

Who has been your biggest influence?

Over the years, I have had the privilege of working with exceptional leaders who believed in me, advocated for my growth, and challenged me to become better. If I were to name one, it would be Omer.

 

What is your most hated business expression?

We don't have a budget for this! OR Let’s explore more cost-effective options!

 

What’s the smartest business idea you’ve ever had?

Several. But I have learned that the brilliance of a business idea isn't just in the idea itself, it's about the timing and the purpose behind it. The smartest ideas are the ones that solve the right problem at the right moment.

 

Which leader do you admire most and why?

Sheikh Zayed, may his soul rest in peace, was a leader unlike any other. It wasn’t just his stature that set him apart but his humility, visionary leadership, and unwavering commitment to the well-being of his people and everyone on his land. He carried the hopes of a nation with every step, guiding with wisdom and compassion. I was fortunate enough to meet him once, an encounter that revealed the true essence of leadership. His presence commanded respect, yet his genuine warmth and steadfast support for all, regardless of background or status, earned him the deep admiration of everyone he touched. Sheikh Zayed’s legacy as a leader who uplifted his people and embraced all who called his land home continues to inspire to this day.

 

What is on your mind the most right now as a marketing leader?

Finding the best way to embrace and incorporate AI into our business without losing ourselves to it. Striking the right balance between innovation and authenticity to maintain our brand’s human touch and strategic vision.

 

Why is being part of The Marketing Society important for your career?

Connecting with like-minded marketing professionals, exchanging knowledge, and engaging in industry events and thought leadership are experiences I truly value. The stories and insights shared within this community help me stay up-to-date with the latest trends and strategies in marketing, while also inspiring me to grow and learn continuously.

Why does marketing matter to you?

Marketing is not just a job, it's about infusing passion, creativity, and purpose into every project, turning ideas into experiences that resonate and inspire.
