People first.

My children. They gave me a better understanding of humanity - and perspective on brands, audiences (and life!)

Let's be agile (AKA forget the rigor)
What’s the smartest business idea you’ve ever had?
Creating alternate, non-conventional revenue streams for Louvre Abu Dhabi (bringing art to new audiences).
Which leader do you admire most and why?
Melanie Perkins (founder of Canva) who epitomises the power of a great idea, and authenticity and she has defied the odds as one of the youngest CEOs of a global tech startup. Plus she's Australian.
What keeps you up at night as a marketing leader?
When culture obstructs progress.
Why is being part of TMS important for your career?
It can be lonely - a network full of great ideas and brilliant people is invaluable.

My first jobs were in journalism. And before that, I was offered a career as an artist.
