With over 25 years of experience in management, communications & public relations, events, journalism, publishing and business development, Gladson serves as an advisor and consultant to the Weber and client teams, bringing his expertise to collaborate and create award-winning campaigns.
He brings particular expertise in agency management, client reputation management, thought leadership, strategy and planning, executive visibility and equity, content development and crisis and issues management. His sector expertise includes corporate, B2B, technology and social impact.
At Weber Shandwick, Gladson heads the Payments team and is the strategic lead of the Mastercard account, one of the marquee clients for Weber Shandwick in the region. Currently, Gladson works with a large team of Weber Shandwick members across 32 markets in Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa.
Before joining Weber Shandwick, he managed the P&L for agencies, and a rich and diverse client portfolio that included British Airways, Honeywell Aerospace, GEMS Education, Canon ME, ENOC Group, Abu Dhabi Department of Energy, Turkish Airlines, FedEx, Dubai South, thyssenkrupp, Royal Jet, Dubai Air Show, Sultan bin Khalifa Al Nahyan Humanitarian Foundation, Abu Dhabi Tourism & Culture Authority, Al Ain Aerobatic Show, Oxford Business Group, OMV and BMW, among others.
Gladson holds a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Pune with numerous certifications and accreditations in journalism and event management. While fluent in English and Hindi, he also speaks three other regional Indian languages and has been recognised for his humanitarian work across eight countries.
He finds satisfaction in his weekly commitment of mentoring and instructing university students in the art of communication, seamlessly weaving academic principles into real-world scenarios to ignite their understanding.
