Gemma Jones is a researcher and strategist specialising in cross-cultural insights, semiotics and design futures. She observes evolving cultural contexts and tunes into the details that shape human experience and behaviour. She works with teams and organisations to design strategies with bravery, imagination and relevance. Gemma is also a co-founder of School of Critical Design.
