Inspiration: Changemakers Club | Harnessing the power of rituals | England

The Ivy Tower Bridge, 5 November, 8:30am to 10:30am

Join us for this exclusive invitation-only dinner with our friends at MSQ.

What is the Changemakers Club?

The very essence of The Marketing Society is the opportunity to make connections and have meaningful conversations, and we know it helps to be inspired by others and to be part of a community of Changemakers. That’s why we created this exclusive, little club; an opportunity to relax with smart, like-minded peers over supper and use our collective experiences to do good and make positive change. For this exclusive event, we will be discussing the patterns that are essential to a well-lived life. Rituals.

Rituals are some of our species’ oldest and most fascinating behaviours. Much more than routines or habits, rituals can help you perform under pressure, savour an experience, and connect more deeply with others. Although they might seem small actions, rituals infuse the mundane with meaning and emotion, and have a remarkable power to shape our moods, identities and choices. And, whereas traditional marketing approaches consumer behaviour from the standpoint of the brand, rituals flip this script on its head. So, every smart marketer needs to know how they work, and how to tap into them.

We invite you to take a deeper dive into MSQ's new fascinating research as we explore the emotional drivers of consumer behaviour and how these can help brands authentically engage with their consumers in ways that matter, in this new era of marketing.

Joining us for this riveting conversation is Mark Earls, pioneering and award-winning writer and consultant on human behaviour, contemporary communications and behaviour change.
