Sprintathon

On 15 April, the marketing industry will come together at Battersea Park for an afternoon that creates lasting impact. Teams of 4 will compete in a high-energy relay, with each team running 400m (4 x 100m) whilst collectively, all teams complete 105 laps to cover the full marathon distance, raising funds for Stand Up to Cancer.

Cancer affects nearly everyone. Last year, our industry came together and raised significant funds for life-saving research. Since the first Sprintathon, we've collectively raised over £1 million. This year, we're aiming for £100k more.

Your team. Your industry. Your chance to be part of something bigger.

How can you get involved?

The Format

It's simple. Your team of 4 runners competes in a fast-paced relay:

  • Your team runs: 400m total (each of your 4 runners does 100m)
  • One baton passed between your teammates
  • Compete against other industry teams for fastest time
  • Collectively, all teams together complete 105 laps (full marathon distance of 42km)
  • High-energy atmosphere racing alongside the marketing industry

You only need to run 100m each. That's it. One lap around the track, then you pass the baton to your teammate. No marathon training required.

Think of it as a mash-up of the Olympics, a knockout tournament, and the best sports day you never had.

What if we can't make a full team of 4?

Get in touch and we'll help you find teammates. We can connect you with other partial teams or individuals looking to join.
