The Marketing Society is delighted to announce a new initiative to help accelerate gender equality in the marcomms industry in the UAE region.
As part of this, we are holding a launch event taking place on Thursday 16 June from 8.30-10.30am at the TikTok Lounge, Studio City, Dubai, where you will hear more about our plans and have the chance to get involved and contribute.
The initiative aims to help progress the careers of mid and senior management women (8-15 years of experience roughly) helping to accelerate their careers to take more positions leading brands, agencies and media owners in the UAE and wider region.
Through training, events, mentoring, policies changes, content and much more, we aim to provide tangible activity that make an impact and a difference now. We’ll also be collaborating with the other membership groups, event organisers and media to ensure more equal visibility and opportunity is provided.
