About Sam Reid and Loops
My biggest pain point when delivering design, creative and marketing was stakeholder buy-in. We’d go around in circles, stuck in a subjective debate because all we had were our opinions. So I went on a mission to devise a methodical, data-led approach to support the creative process based on Design Thinking and Agile principles. The outcome is Loops, a tool that helps creators iterate work based on instant consumer feedback to ensure creative confidence, team alignment and fast progress.
