Nimble Thinking
Hosted by actor, author and regular on Channel 4’s `Whose Line is it Anyway’ Neil Mullarkey, will lead a high energy, interactive workshop which will equip you with smart, transferable skills you can immediately employ back in the office.
We all know there are times when we need to be ‘scripted’ at work - in presentations, implementing objectives, creating meeting agendas etc but more often than not we need to be ‘in the moment’ reading the room and adapting our behaviour accordingly.
What to expect:
A 90 minutes session via Zoom with Neil Mullarkey
Tuesday 7 May | 10.00 – 11.30am BST | 1.00 – 2.30pm GST | 5.00 – 6.30pm HKT | 5.00 – 6.30am EST
This session will cover the following:
• Learn tools from improv theatre – nimble thinking, co-creating and engaging others
• Understanding how to create the influence you want, whether selling an idea or encouraging creativity in others
• Discovering methods to make it easier to collaborate by enhancing your listening skills
• Gaining more confidence to act in uncertain moments with clients and colleagues.
How it can help you:
Matt Brittin, President of Google (Europe, Middle East, Africa) said of Neil’s methods for nimble communication in business: ‘Neil’s model and how he applies it in different ways is really simple yet powerful. In a world that's more volatile and uncertain than ever, businesses need leaders who can be agile, adaptive, innovative.’
If you are looking to develop and hone these skills, this workshop is one for you.
