Enyi Nwuso

Enyi joined UM London in April 2020 in an expanded Chief Strategy Officer role.

Uniquely for a media agency, UM London has creative and production talent embedded within the strategy and media planning teams, which Enyi leads to deliver effective and award-winning work for brands including Amex, Johnson & Johnson, JUST EAT, Mattel, MoneySuperMarket, and Spotify.

As an agency, UM London has picked up significant industry accolades across local and global awards for our data, tech, planning, research and creativity specialisms, which culminated in UM being awarded Agency of the Year by Mediatel in February 2022.

Enyi passionately believes media is a force for good and is committed to using our industry’s influence, skills and expertise to positively impact society. He has led the development of the IPG Mediabrands ‘5 point plan’ and launch of the Diversity Council to accelerate the change required to create a more equitable and equal environment across Mediabrands agencies.

Enyi is also a member of the MEFA (Media for All) Advisory Board, which exists to help Black, Asian and ethnic minority talent thrive in media and advertising companies, ultimately increasing the ethnic diversity of the industry in the UK. He is also a member of the IPA Effectiveness Leadership Group and on the Board of Governors at Hornsby House School in London, which his two children attended.
